I had a blast at the New Hope Farmers Market today. I cooked the Eggplant Curry in a Hurry and sampled the Whoa Mama Baba Ghanouj. The people that came to stop and watch were wonderful: attentive and engaged. It was a cook’s dream to be part of introducing new foods and techniques to people. Those that ventured out to try a new recipe…kudos to you all!
