Welcome to my food journey. I’m so honored that you’d be willing to share it with me. I’m a 30-something mom of two with a passion for food. Through struggles with my health, I’ve become more aware of the benefits of eating healthy, fresh, non-processed foods. However, my life doesn’t want to organize itself around the cooking marathons that many might believe are needed. Start slowly integrating healthier dishes into your life and see where it takes you.
